Distillery Experiences
at The Emerald RoomIt’s hard to know what to expect when planning a distillery experience for your event. Each distillery is different and offers multiple experiences, but you will find a truly tailored experience when your distillery experience is with us, The Aimsir Distilling Company! For the discerning guest, we offer a variety of experiences, including custom liquor bottles and a cocktail workshop. Here you can create your own cocktail and experiment will all kinds of mixtures. You can have a memorable experience with us, but at the end of the day, you’ll also get to go home with your very own custom bourbon bottles if you’re into the darker alcohols. If you’re into more herbal notes, we also have custom gin bottles, so everyone is sure to leave happy!
Custom Bottles
Do you have a special event you would like a custom cocktail or mocktail made for? Congratulations, Wedding Gifts, Engagement Announcement, Quarantinis, Baby Announcement, etc.
We would love to help you create an announcement on a 200mL bottle of Aitil House Gin, Bourbon, Cold Brew Bourbon, Cask Strength Bourbon, special cocktail, or special mocktail. No minimum number of bottles.
DIY Cocktail/ Mocktail Bar Special Event
Ideal for small parties and gatherings, we have a variety of fun options.
For groups of 10 or less, we can host the Cocktail Creation Experience in the Distillery. Groups greater than 10, we can host the experience in the Mezzanine, Window Wall, or Outside.
Create your own cocktail, experimenting with 3 Aimsir Spirits and 7 mixers. We offer the same experience for those that enjoy mocktails, with No ABV mixers.
At the end of the experience, you go home with your custom 200mL bottle & your recipe.
